WEBSITE UP GRADES

 

We are very excited about our new website update that we are working on currently. It is a full up grade, we are taking the old site down and bringing up the new site. We realized our old site was tough to navigate and that many of our links did not work. We did not like the appearance and honestly it just did not meet our expectations of being a resource vehicle for you.

As a part of the new site development we have created a partnership with a financial education support organization. The not only provide financial counseling they have a full array of educational programs and such. We will be creating a first time borrowers program that will incorporate some of the tools on the Balance pro website those the first time borrowers that complete this program will receive a preferred rate on their first loan. We also will be using similar educational pieces for those folks that need a little help with either opening new sharedraft accounts or need to repair their credit bureau rating. We also just wanted to remind you that we have a service that very few financial service providers off and that is 24/7 access via our call center. We can see many members have used this service, we entered this program because of the unique needs of our members and the hours they work.
