Q:Why do I keep getting locked out of Home-banking?
A:Home-Banking is set to be a very secure location. Your password is case sensitive. This means if your password has been istalled in lower case, that's what must be used. You may have inadvertently touched a wrong key. You will have three (3) mistakes and it will lock you out.

The solution is to call any one of our three locations or e-mail: ksukup@gofirstclass.org.

Q:How do I qualify for a loan?
A:You can come in or call one of our 3 branch offices and request a loan application or go on-line under loans and print and fill out one. There are several factors that determine whether you qualify for a loan or not some factors are: employment, income, credit score, etc.
